Kiryl Nazarau develops mobile applications as Free apps with optional in-app purchases. These services are provided by Kiryl Nazarau and are intended for use as is.

This page informs you regarding policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use these services.

Information Collection and Use

Types of Applications

Simple Utility Apps:

• These apps use only device sensors (such as magnetometer)
• No data is collected, stored, or transmitted
• No third-party services are used

AI-Powered Identification Apps:

• Use artificial intelligence to identify objects from photos
• Store your collection data in your personal iCloud account
• Integrate third-party services for analytics and monetization

Data You May Provide

Depending on the specific application, you may provide:

• Photos: Images you capture or upload for identification purposes
• Collection Data: Information about items in your collection (titles, dates, values, etc.)
• PDF Reports: Generated reports about your collection
• AI Chat Messages: Conversations with AI assistants (stored locally or in your iCloud)

Storage Location: All personal collection data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework. We do not have access to, cannot view, and do not store any of this information on our servers.

Tracking and Advertising

Some of our applications use Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to request your permission before tracking your activity for advertising purposes.

If you grant tracking permission:

• We may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalized advertisements
• This data is used solely for advertising purposes and improving ad relevance
• We do not collect or store your personal data - only anonymous advertising identifiers

If you deny tracking permission:

• You will still see advertisements, but they will be less personalized
• No tracking data will be collected
• All app features will continue to work normally

You can change your tracking preferences at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Third-Party Services

Some of our applications may use the following third-party services:

AI and Data Processing

Some of our applications use artificial intelligence to identify objects from photos and provide information. This processing happens through secure API calls, and:

• Photos are analyzed temporarily and are not stored on external servers
• Chat messages are processed in real-time and not permanently stored externally
• No personal information is transmitted during the identification process
• Results are stored only in your personal iCloud account (if applicable)

Children's Privacy

Our applications do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has used our services, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.

Data Security

Your data security is important to us:

• When applicable, all data is stored in your personal iCloud account, protected by Apple's security measures
• We use secure HTTPS connections for all network communications
• We do not store your personal data on our servers
• Your photos and collection data never leave your control

Your Rights and Control

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: Your data is accessible through the app and your iCloud account
• Delete: You can delete any data within the app
• Export: You can generate reports of your data
• Tracking Control: You can enable or disable tracking at any time in iOS Settings
• iCloud Control: You can disable iCloud sync in your iCloud settings

Log Data

In case of an error in the app, we may collect Log Data through third-party products. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other diagnostic data. This data is used solely for debugging and improving the app.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

International Data Transfers

When applicable, since your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, any international data transfers are governed by Apple's iCloud Terms of Service and their data residency policies. We do not transfer your personal data internationally.

Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites.
